Academic Achievement

Children learn at different levels and rates throughout their lives. Some may excel in some subjects but struggle with others.

Our philosophy is that children learn best by doing.

“Hands on” activities, manipulating and exploring materials leading to a better understanding of subject matter.

Making connections and having an integrated approach to subject matter is key for children to truly understand how language, math, science, etc., all connect in real life.

Our staff has been trained in the use of the Department of Education’s curriculum frameworks for each subject.

The curriculum frameworks clearly outline what a child should understand in each grade level for every subject.

We purchase materials, supplies, and equipment for each of our learning units, which coincides with the curriculum frameworks.
